This course takes your TRX Suspension Training education to the next level. You will deep dive into foundational movements and learn techniques to make them appropriate for different client scenarios. You’ll learn how to incorporate Suspension Training exercises into your client’s pre-hab or post-rehab programs to build strength and reduce the chance of injuries.

PREREQUISITES: In order to register for this course, it’s recommended that you have previously taken a Suspension Training Course, a Group Suspension Training Course, Cardio Tennis Suspension Training Course, FORCE Operator Course, or TRX FORCE L2 Suspension Training Course.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS (CECS) AND COURSE QUALIFICATION
Upon completion of a TRX® Sports Medicine Suspension Training Course , you will receive an electronic version of your TRX Qualification, which can be printed for your records and redeemed for CECs. The provider number and number of credits can be found on your Qualification and redeemed on the provider’s website.
SMSTC Graduates will receive CECs from the following organizations: ACE 0.8, AFAA 7.0, Canfitpro 4.0, ISSA 7.0, NASM 0.7, NSCA 0.8, PTA Global 8.0, and SkillsActive REPS 8.0.
